Pros

There are no Pros for this company, Nothing at all. They dont treat you like a person. No respect for employees what so ever.

Cons

Favoritism rules apply to some people not all. Manipulating the employees, never have a good word to say to employees only bad. Firing people for no good reason, shady mostly lazy supervisors. They want 100% from the employee and they give nothing back. Moving employees around to other facilities on a whim without prior notice. They don't care if your child is sick you must be at work no matter what. understaffed. Terrible management. If they see you happy somewhere they quickly change you to another facility. Terrible Terrible Terrible Job. would not recommend to anyone. Maybe to my worst enemy.

Pros

Not much besides PTO and Benefits. Some individuals are easy to talk to.

Cons

- There's a severe lack of professionalism between the managers and the employees involved. From my perspective, there is a huge amount of favoritism along with neglect of employees. some have called employees out on the floor about personal situations: This repulses me. - I personally had been called out in front of everyone once because I did not have insurance with the company: I felt embarrassed and a bit frustrated that my personal information was thrown out in public. -I'm seriously disgusted at how some of the management is run. I understand employees are a bit rowdy and don't want to come in to do the work, but the leadership there just doesn't care and makes it harder for those not wanting to work to stay focused. - Now I understand the managerial side: Employees typically do not care, and they'll retain them because no one else wants to do the work. -Management can't really fire anyone unless they horrible screw up. Again, it really sucks when employees do minimal work, while others carry the load. Nothing can be done and it's understandable - Turnover is extremely high: Okay , understandable management has had issues with this for the longest time. - Employees just don't care. Management can't do anything about it and have probably exhausted as many options as possible. I sympathize in this department, and honestly... It starts from the top to really make a change.

Pros

Benefits are reasonable/ equipment was upgraded

Cons

Management was very unprofessional and rude. The environment was very toxic. Employee's will always gossip about other employee's out in the public. Employee's were not friendly I will not suggest anyone to work here. Employee's and management pick and choose who the want to treat kind and respectfully regardless of how you treat others.
