Lets start with management..the supervisor I dealt with was two-faced. She would intentionally pitch employees against each other. She had no problem putting you on the spot in front of other employees and demean you while putting the other employees on a pedastal . Sorry but your "perfect" employees are not perferct...people show what they want you to see ..of course we do everything by the book when your around ! She would say one thing and do another. Just run is all I can say !! Your not aloud to contact payroll if there's a mistake on your pay check, nor are you aloud to contact HR with any issues without going to your super first...whaaatt ??? Check out the company stocks...they will tell you alot. Also, check out cafepharma...then you'll really get the company culture :(
