Pros

Great medical benefits and somewhat flexible hours that's about it.

Cons

Unless you kiss butt there is no room for growth. Pay is horrible. You are watched as if your child. Lots of favoritism. Not a equal opportunity work environment. Constant change but unless you're management you won't be notified. Horrible communication between management and employees. Employees coming into the department with no experience are getting paid the same as or more than employees that have been there for years.

Pros

The have decent medical insurance

Cons

They start on the lower end of pay will promise raises but want give any always has a excuse. The company has merged 3 times in one year an expects more work thsn pay. They expect the phlebotomist to mop floors an do cleaning like you at home trash included. Never does anything for employees or show appreciation.

Dead-End Company, No Career Growth

Pros

Health Insurance, PTO, and that's about it.

Cons

No career development, no performance reviews, many employees across different departments have no idea what their actual job is, so everyone passes the buck. There is also no accountability (which happens when there are no performance reviews) so this company is full of dead weight, and rampant incompetence at all levels. Nepotism like I've never seen, favoritism, promotions are completely arbitrary. Very demoralizing work environment for anyone who wants to actually grow and learn. But if you're lazy, want a clock-in, clock-out job where you can get away with doing next to nothing and not be held to account - then this is the place for you! Just know that it is essentially a dead-end for your career. Note that there is a new management team in place trying to fix things, but they have to go drastic to make any real changes and I don't think they're ready to do that.
