Pros

Benefits were good and fairly inexpensive. Online resources for testing requirements are easy to use. Otherwise there is not anything else that I would recommend.

Cons

Definite lack of communication from management all the way down to the phlebs, overhearing management bragging about their termination rates, managers having relations with their employees. No semblance of training, employee retention or loyalty to employees. Too much nepotism and favoritism. And evidently they don't care for rules and regulations (see Connecticut violations).

Pros

Company party, campus like area.

Cons

Everything else! This company uses homebrewed software, There is NO training to use said software. The VP's of the IT departments rely on their managers. The managers are over worked and don't have an sense of where their reports stand on their understanding of their software. They make you shadow someone, who knows as much as someone who just started a week prior. They make you sign and date SOP's wiithout allowing questions to be asked. The manager of the LAB IT department hs NO IDEA how to manage a team. Doesn't know how to speak to people, doesn't like questions directed to him and will crap on his employees to prove a point. He doesn't trust anyone on his own team, which is why he does everything on his own, working 24 hours a day a times due to lack of training. His employees overnight are know to have girls over, drink on the job, work out of hookah bars, and generally are not responsive when i comes emails or assistence needed in the lab. This is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen, anyone reading this looking for employment here needs to walk around with a recording device to prove their innocence or simply bring it to a lawyer and sue these guys for lying and setting people up for failure. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth, if you come into the lab as a Tech 1, you will stay a tech one for 5 years before they even look at your and lets not forget the .05 cent raises every year!

Pros

Benefits are great! Flexible work schedule IF they choose. That's about the only pros to the company. It would of been nice to be able to say more but NO!

Cons

Management does not know how to do their job! Way too much gossip, jealousy and greed. No matter what you do if someone doesn't agree with it then there will be confrontation! They have ridiculous policies that only apply to certain people which is pointless if it's supposed to be a "company" policy!
