-Leadership couldn't be more out of touch with reality -Contention with the idea of remote work -Bonuses are pointless (take a look at Opko stock price) -Majority of people are just going through the motions with little to no excitement about the brand or work -No culture -Everything moves slow -Inappropriate spending
