      The staff and physician was kind where I was located, and that made it wonderful.

      Her name is Policy and she walks around with it. Despite her, I believe I've had an excellent experience.

      Our client was a pleasure to work for.

      Cons

      There was no plan for the future. They rode the covid wave - and let the opportunity to capitalize on their footprint in every NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB facility in the country slip right through their fingers - and when the covid protocols ended, they sent hundreds to the unemployment line. I was a part of that. Why did BRL not chase the contract for substance abuse testing, lab testing, or any other medical roles? Opportunity wasted. Millions of dollars lost. Poor vision for the future.
