Racism is strong in FL at the PSC

Great hours good benefits health,dental,401k vacation time roll overs that's All

Cons

Management has to much favoritism. Racism is strongly present in the PSC's anywhere south Florida so be aware. If your not Spanish you will go over looked and talked about . Phlebs have a constant high school attitude always gossip and back stabbing, lying and set ups, my advice ride it till the rides over and be thankful to make ends meet with a yearly .31¢ raise for the stress.

Pros

Great medical benefits, Life Insurance policies, Dental insurance, work schedule flexibility, comfortable environment for the employee as well as the patient in the patient service center.

Cons

My only challenge I've experienced is being cut throated by other employees through gossip. Too much caddiness & pettiness among the employee & employers. Too much favoritism. Raises are a joke. Communication between supervisors & managers with the plebs are horrible.

Flexible & laid back environment. No one on your back about your job, takes ALOT for one to get fired

Management is horrible, no moral, ALOT of favoritism, pay is horrible, difficult to get a promotion, attacked if a mistake is made on a process you haven't been advised has changed, the traing is a joke, managers are not held accountable for poorly performing employees or departments, no communicating,
