Pros

starting pay not bad to start

Cons

supervisors don't back-up employee, they take the client's word and disregard the employees. Lost job because client didn't like me for whatever reason, supervisor aware of situation from the day I started in the client's office. I was second person this happened to, but I was let go from the company permanently. The other employee was given another position elsewhere. Went through week of orientation an hour from home did not get reimbursed for gas or mileage.

Pros

Health insurance is great, the only reason I stayed on and no other reason.

Cons

Unprofessional, Favoritism, management sucks starting with director. If you suck up your better off. If your not a hard worker even better, you get away with whatever you want.
