Pros

Company experiencing growth again which provides opportunities for movement within the organization. Opportunities for job enrichment training and cross-training. Money is being spent on infrastructure and hiring again after years of neglect.

Cons

Compensation not keeping pace with Competitors. Upper management opportunities appear to be limited to outsiders with big business experience requiring more $$. It's a big Company with large differences in culture depending on site and Department but things are improving.

The items are unique. Since they are unique the relationship between customer and company is strong.

Cons

The benefits were awesome when I stared, and since then they are better than average. But, it each year theres a step backward. Not sure if its the company or the benefits of all cultures.
