      Flexible schedule, Roth 401K . Benefits ok.

      Cons

      Pay below average and too dependent on Managers. Not consistent between departments for same type work. Company technology has improved but still way behind . Still use Windows XP for some things. Managers too tied up in cost savings to invest in decent updated equipment.
