Great Company, Bad Judgement of Character

Everyone was friendly and helpful when needed.

Cons

I had ongoing disputes with an employee causing a hostile work environment. And, mgmt, twiddled their thumbs a bit too long so, I ended up leaving the company. The employee still works there and I now hear through the grapevine of how the behavior is continued and business relationships with the property have been damaged. I have never been one to assume prejudice but, upon speaking my story to outsiders, they believe there was prejudice not only from the employee I worked with but the property manager as well. Therefore, nothing was ever resolved.

When our property was acquired by B & H, HR was here in person going over everything needed for our employees transition. It got things started on the right foot and made us feel like everything was going to be ok.
