Pros

Healthcare benefits not bad, though 401k benefit is poor

Cons

In the US, Toxic environment, leadership lacks respect for the individual. Lack of clear strategy, focus only on contract sales and revenues, not clients. In fact core value is organization first, not client first. Short term focus. Too much overhead and too many lemmings blindly following burdensome processes. Company is shrinking b/c only focus on selling whether it helps a client or not. IF you're thinking about working here in the US, ask them what their employee turnover rates are.

Not a policy based company, was good till 2008

Pros

Only for those who are in good books of Individuals who matters. Nothing is good for employee, clients as well as Organization itself.

Cons

Not a policy based company. From salary hike to promotion, every thing is 90% exception. The policies are only to halt the growth of individuals who are not in the good books of individuals who matters. Extremely boot licking culture is growing, which was not there earlier. No long term plans. Losing faith off big customers, which hampers prospects of growth Sales is handicapped and so is delivery leadership. I have not seen any sales meet with existing clients over the years.

Pros

Nothing as I see so far. If you have 2 offers just reject Birlasoft. If you have only one offer in hand may be you can try starting your career but not recommended for long term.

Cons

-No sal hikes. -No work life balance. - No one responds if you have issues. -better avoid this company when you have so many good companies.
