The company motto is, 'Have fun and get (stuff) done', and this company lives it. People here are motivated, scrappy, and super sharp. Our customers love our products and we're well respected throughout the industry. What's not to like? It's a great 'work hard, play hard' environment, we're growing and we've got nothing but upside. If you like being rewarded for getting (stuff) done, this is the place for you!

Cons

Kirkland. But it's growing on this Seattleite.

Refreshing change of pace from companies that take themselves too seriously

Pros

Culture is the best ever. I've never been more excited to go to work in the morning. No BS to deal with. Only one requirement: Get *stuff* done. Never have to deal with any games or required brown-nosing. Competitive salary. Stock options that have value.

Cons

HMO is a little under par if you have dependents, and no matching on 401k. Easy trade-off for the pros though.

Pros

Company really rewards its employees with many perks ... food, events, minimal process. Just an overall great working environment and fun to come into work every single day. I have never had a job where I wanted to come in everyday and leave so satisfied.

Cons

Need more office space. I know this will be resolved when we move into our new office before the end of the year. Then all the cons will be gone.
