Laid back atmosphere, no sense of bureaucracy, the org is very flat, ownership at the top, focus on accomplishments not just burn, every drink imaginable is available, brand new ultrabook first day of employment.

Cons

We work in an open environment. Be comfortable working in and around others.

Business outlook is great - BitTitan has established itself as a leader in the field and its solutions are in high demand by customers. The company has no debt and owns major assets. The environment is setup for productivity - good hardware, areas to relax, free drinks and refreshments, etc. Company management cares about product quality and is willing to invest to keep it high. Convenient location close to I-405, SR-520, and Park&Ride.

Cons

You need to be ready to work with enterprise software and take on anything that is necessary to solve problems at hand.
