Pros

Geeman is one of the most passionate CEO's you'll find in the business. His enthusiasm is contagious. There is no doubt he will continue to be successful as BitTitan transitions into more than just a migration company.

Cons

If you are into DEV or Support this is not a bad place to be. As for sales if you like being lied to about commissions, cooked books, not getting credit for the sales you make, constantly fighting for the money you were promised, shifting messaging, constant fear for you job, and leadership that doesn't listen then this is the place to be.

Free food, good people, coffee is fine. Everything besides the actual job is great.

Cons

Commissions never paid on time or in full Management in both C/D levels are dogmatic and abusive Little to no chance of promotion Pay as little as possible for employees

Pros

Worked with number of good and experienced people with a good mix of youth and industry veterans. Lots of snacks and drinks available. Nice office with good location for people on eastside.

Cons

Jaw dropping lack of even basic testing hurt releases. Issues started with multiple death marches grinding down the development team. Decline was accelerated by very unprofessional and late performance reviews and a serious lack of basic process. Both critically impacted morale and credibility with customers. Teams are routinely overworked and taking PTO is frowned upon.
