Great location! The work is also interesting and challenging. I love my co-workers! Thank you for all the free food. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Unethical CEO hires family members, rents his own house to the company, regularly insults employees ("I could do your job better than you"). Senseless spending - oversized office space, fancy speakers, custom soda-making machine...

Great location that is easy to get to. You have some people that truly care.

Cons

I want to say first off, the majority of the positive reviews on here are written by HR. The 5 star reviews are all glowing and are all similar because they have been written or instructed by HR. I agree with all of the issues other posters have made. Young management with no experience that micro manages, name calls, and will reprimand you if you don't see their way or think that they are greatest. HR takes no action against any of the name calling and bullying that goes on here.

We are committed to making BitTitan a great place to work, and useful feedback is one way we gauge where we want to go. We provide specific and appropriate internal forums for employee feedback, and we always encourage individuals who are frustrated to openly discuss their issues with us. There are always going to be issues like the ones that get complained about. That's life, sometimes. But sometimes, too, the feedback helps us make positive changes that help the company in so many ways. BitTitan is fast-paced, active, and going places. Come with us, or don't come with us. We aren't perfect yet but-- management and staff, together -- we're working on that.
