8-9 hours is usual expectation anywhere , but here due to the sheer quantity of work and the project type and client type you get , it can either stay within 8 to 9 hours or easily go 10-12 hours per day!. Specially if you are managing support projects then 10-12 hours per day is needed by default Hikes are NOT GOOD ( hardly between 1-5 percent ) There is variable pay as well 10% so your hike gets eaten away due to this . Net increase in in-hand salary after hike will be very less ( 1 to 7k per month ) For Managers and above - Company prefers hiring people from Pune only ( talking about pune office here ) ; Because whenever needed managers are REQUIRED to come to office ( it can be weekly once or multiple times ) . If a manager is working from outside pune , then he/she has to bear the all the expenses by themselves and no reimbursement is provided !!
