Pros

Good company, good environment, team is good

Cons

Suddently one day HR calls you, and ask to resign ( you can't drop call before resign) And on experience letter it will show you are released on same day you put down paper. It gives very bad impression to other recruiters, and you gets frustrated that it was NOT YOUR FAULT. Though company asked you resign as it doesn't have projects, you have to JUSTIFY RECRUITERS THAT YOU WERE NOT BAD AT WORK

Pros

Bitwise is a decent place for freshers to start their careers. Pros: Good for freshers to gain initial experience. Some opportunities to work on different technologies.

Cons

It falls short when it comes to providing growth and opportunities for experienced employees. The company lacks strong leadership. Internal politics play a significant role in career progression—if you have a good rapport with manager/TL, your performance doesn’t seem to matter much. Cons: Poor leadership—Team Leads don’t take ownership. Internal politics influences career growth. Unfair appraisals—favoritism over performance. Limited opportunities for experienced professionals.
