Actually, there were no dislikes about working but due to market up's and down's paying is little low. Hope it will better.

1. I've not received appraisal since 1 and half year because I joined late in the month of November so personally my salary is comparitively less than what other companies are offering. I don't know if that's con or not! 2. The notice period is of 90 days personally that's only con I thought first. 3. The focus is on delivery of the product and not the overall qualitative practices which happens in all service based companies. 4. Mentorship is lacking or atleast in the projects I worked, I believe some mentionship should be there .

Salary hike is very less micro management exists

None that I can think of.

Health insurance policy have limited benefits

Work pressure is a bit high but manageable

The company has no projects, they are hiring people just as branding strategy. After hiring within 3 months you will be laid off by saying no suitable requirement for you. All my friends who got hired with me got laid off. BIG time Nepotism in the organization. People like us who hold degree, skill, experience and have family dependencies are laid off, whereas the kids of executive team who do not even hold a Engineering Degree get hired in the organization, get to work on a project inspite of not having the skill and gets paid equivalent salary. You can work and grow in the company only if you have a family member in the management team .
