Pros

The sales team is young and coworkers are fun.

Cons

The company is a complete joke. The product is nothing to be confident in and has many holes. The sales leadership team consists of a bunch of men who intimidate and belittle their employees. Morning meetings are always greeted with insane intensity (and they start at 8:30am, 8:15am on Mondays). HR tries to force new hires to give a good review when you onboard to keep their rating good on here. Nothing about this company will be impressive on a resume. Stay as far away from this company as you can- find a better opportunity and don’t let Bizzabo Bizza-scam you.

Cons

-I would not choose to work here anymore. They definitely peaked and the product no longer has a PMF anymore. -The salary is not competitive compared to other software companies -There is very small growth -Lack of diversity -leadership is operating in unknown territory and need to step down desperately. The company operates like the US government. Slow to react with tons of red tape and is highly politically to navigate.

1. The culture at Bizzabo is 2nd to none. Everyone here is so passionate and supportive. The leadership team are constantly working to make what's already amazing even better. The culture is such a point of emphasis too, we all know how great it is and we all work at it to make sure it stays amazing. 2. We make sure you start on the right foot with our world call onboarding program (thanks Mark E!), even through Covid where everyone is remote you immediately feel like you are part of the team. Everyone from top down is very approachable and friendly, the genuinely want you to succeed and will help in anyway that they can. 3. We're in such an interesting point in the event industry that create such unique and interesting problems to solve. Doing so with very intelligent and passionate people makes every day fun and exciting. 4. Our people team sends us surprise snacks all the time, I mean come on what else could someone want in a job :)
