Senior leadership bit off more then they could chew marketing areas of the platform that did not have a timeline to be built, and execution from the product team is slow and difficult to go to market with what is being built. The platform was 24-36 months behind at the start of 2023, and customers are churning as a result. Leadership is not transparent with the success of the business and has had multiple significant layoffs that really are causing pain for existing customers and employee morale is very low. Difficult to see upward trajectory for internal promotions. Senior Leadership is very defensive and takes two steps forward then three steps back without mea culpa statements, and refuses to "look backwards"

This is a complete joke of a company. Long hours and weekend work are the norm. It is not specifically said but implied that it is expected. They make you write a review of the company during your onboarding to keep their ratings high. There have now been 2 rounds of lay offs and there is no job security here at all. The turnover rate for employees was extremely high even before the layoffs. Besides that, the product itself is extremely flawed and constantly leads to customer churn.
