Pros

Most individual contributors are smart and definitely great to work with. They make the company tick. It was a pleasure to work with such good front line people.

Cons

Leadership is the worst I've ever experienced in my professional career. The bottom line is all they care about and I fear that will be the downfall of the company and with it many jobs or great employees.

1960's technology & tunnel vision

Pros

There are plenty of really good people working here. Unfortunately, many are leaving in droves.

Cons

Tunnel Vision that our 50-year old technology will suffice for today AND tomorrow. Anyone who tries to stress modification or improvement is a blasphemer and is immediately shunned.

Salaries can be competitive, wide scope of service offering as a whole, previously a very flexible company for location and schedule.

Cons

Very little career development opportunities, very top heavy on the executive side, can be churn and burn based on margin goals.
