The managers are not patient along with not being understanding at all to their co-workers. Upper management does not give clear instructions about what they may want done. Also makes you afraid to ask them questions. Will let you for any reason without telling you why.

Tremendous potential opportunities in terms of process improvement however executives concentrate on collecting IT tools not investing in workflow or project management. Nice people

Cons

Old regime waiting for new regime to retire or move on so they can grab the reigns back. Moths to a flame, matrix managed infrastructure, resources work on production, BAU and project work. BAU and project work suffers, operations only effective when war rooms are enacted. Lack of solid change management process No workflow tool to determine where work is getting done, or in pipeline. Stone age tracking methods.

Poor senior management leadership, ineffective HR group, consistent violation of the 25% travel cap, nepotism among former coworkers (BofA), very high turnover with the best people leaving.
