- Unfair, unrealistic compensation plan. Every outbound SDR below 30 % of the "expected OTE" - No upward mobility - High levels of micromanagement - No company culture or fun outside events -Management doesn't seem to know a thing about employees - incredibly high turnover

As the headline states, count on nothing to improve and a cult of personality for the leadership. Was said in a meeting given by the CEO that hard work doesn't earn you a promotion. Not sure what that's about. Burnout is rampant, management just keeps putting more on peoples plate Exceptional work is not rewarded, you are publicly humiliated for anything not done right.
