Solid technology, though targeted at the ultra-secure, regulated industry niche; a Mature and diverse business with a solid customer base

Cons

Centralized, ineffectual top management "out of touch" and lack of understanding of customer needs and business. Inexperienced and out of touch CEO brought the house down, squandering a precious market opportunity to line her own pockets

If you like working in India, sure, great company. All the jobs moved there.

Cons

They canceled 401K matching for years, canceled bonuses, called everyone to return to the office, and promptly fired them. Endless toilet flush of Marketing executives each promising to sell and one even going as far as to say "This product isn't great - but we can still sell it" - great confidence booster. This company is smoke and mirrors - great website, great marketing, but clinging to an old brand and trying to flip a bad product onto its customers.
