We do care about each and every one of our employees, and it’s great to hear you think that, too! We appreciate all of your review, as we consider all feedback received. Internal communications within the organization have been vastly improved even over the last year and this is still an item that we are aiming to improve even more. We also understand that we work in the construction industry that has the industry-wide challenges of nationwide work and travel. We try to set these expectations during the time of hiring to ensure our employees are aware of it from the start, as well as incorporate programs to balance this.
