Great Company! Great Industry!

I loved my team, and enjoyed the challenge of the work. I also learned a lot very quickly. The industry is growing rapidly and not going anywhere any time soon, so there was great job security.

Cons

Not a lot of gender or racial diversity. Most management roles are white men, general and support staff in the corporate office was almost all women. I am sure this was not intentional - it's a construction company, after all, which does not exactly attract women.

We do work in the construction industry that has a natural flow of work peaks and Blattner strives to balance this work throughout the year, but at times this isn’t the case. This company is truly one of a kind, the company as a whole from people in corporate to field engineers and even office assistants from different projects are always willing to help you learn and grow within the company.
