Pros

Company Culture is of paramount importance, and it shows. Having worked in much larger organizations, I can say that the focus on the employees is the best I have ever experienced. This is a breath of fresh air and a fantastic place to work!

Cons

Bloomerang is growing like crazy, and with any organization with incredible growth, you will experience growing pains. Some processes are not in place that probably should be, but I can see them beginning to be addressed as well.

Pros

Great place to work. Excellent culture with a great group of people. From the management team down to the all the workers, everyone here strives to make our customers more successful. Perfect place for those who are motivated with helping non-profits. Exciting to be part of a fast growing company that is offering a unique product in the marketplace

Cons

Sometimes processes are not in place and things are little fairly fluid as we grow. Normal growing pains for a very fast growing company.
