- everyone genuinely cares - decent pay - bonus - healthcare coverage

Cons

Sometimes they push too hard to do too many things at once. Pay is based on location, USA vs Canada, etc. So two employees on the same team with the exact same experience and start date with the only difference being one is in Canada vs one in America, when translated to the same currency, the American will make more than double regardless of whether the Canadians cost of living is significantly higher than the Americans or not.
