Pros

- New and refreshing - Hours are great, 8-4 - NET focused - Very understanding, accommodating, supportive - Mentorship and Training are the best I've seen compared to other companies - Friendly Environment - No Teams, so you work with many different clients but still have consistency

Cons

- The CEO is not a BCBA or has experience in the field of ABA - RBTs do not have a company email or chat, so the only way of communicating is through CentralReach - Since there are no emails for RBTs, we communicate through walkies, which can be a pain when there are not enough walkies for everyone - If you are a pumping mother, there's no mother's room
