Pay is very competitive, Holiday party had a lot of effort put in

Cons

Not a lot of morning clients. Hard to get full time work. BCBAs have a lot of clients and are often pretty slow to update targets. No protection if parents call out a lot other than maybe a coverage session an hour away from you. If you're neurodivergent, it's just like the other organizations around here that find you difficult just for sticking to rules and ethics codes. Be wary. They do ask you to work outside of work hours.

- This is not a great place to finish. - They overpromise and under-deliver. - The only chance for upward mobility is if you are Jewish. - They say just enough to make you feel hopfeul, then never have results concerning ideas or career shifts. - Most of the leadership team does not have basic knowledge of the field. - The entire office all take holidays at the same time due to having the same practices, so they are collectively unavailable even during emergencies. - Clients are usually excused for excessive cancellations.

Pros

Blossom truly supports its BCBA's. They allow you to create your own schedule and have autonomy on your cases. There is no micromanaging, and they value your clinical expertise. They are always looking on ways to improve and seek feedback from staff who are managing cases for ways to grow and make the Blossom experience better.

No cons come to mind.
