Pros

Room for growth and development, good benefits, takes care of employees, amazing and quick response to COVID

Cons

It's a fast-paced industry - some people can't handle it and that causes high turnover, it's stressful but rewarding

Pros

Full benefits package, nothing paid into it by employee. Everyone is so nice and willing to help no matter what. Customers though sometimes trying are usually really nice and pleasant. Management is always open to hearing our voices and offering support whenever needed.

Cons

there is a pay differential from working regular business hours vs night shifts, if shift changes from night shift to earlier day shift, pay will change per differential guidelines.
