Pros

Benefits are great, incentives and bonuses, usually hiring

Cons

Monitoring is awful. Everything you do is watched and evaluated. The pay is really really low. ($20,000-$30,000 a year.) Management doesn't do too much and just says use your judgement. No one cares how you feel or what you think. Barely any communication within the company and no room for advancement really. You deal with people yelling at you all day and then get scored on every call. You get one bad one and your whole average is messed up, then they tell you your scores are too low. You'll have to work holidays, and the vacation schedule goes by seniority. You can only use a personal day if it's approved or you get in trouble. Only one person can have off at a time. If you don't sit there and take everything with a smile, you'll hear about it.
