Human Resources is destructive Work Life Balance & Wellness are buzz words used by management, however employee morale and disability claims and stress remain at an all time high. Fairness and respect for employees is non existent across all company departments. Good people only stay a short time before jumping into a new career or company. Clicks and old boys & Girls network of people that have been with the company for years remain in power regardless of there effectiveness or results.
