Pros

Supply chain domain knowledge Long tenure of many associates

Cons

Company lays off people and puts them on furlough - not to protect the company but to keep the margins Those who designed the hosting, now design SaaS. Pathetic CEO does not listen, but lectures all the time CEO is a self proclaimed God and lives in the stone age of IT SaaS means hosting No empathy for individuals at all

Pros

Great place if you have no career ambition and are happy to punch in and punch out. You get paid on time and can enjoy being mediocre. A drifters paradise.

Cons

If you take a look at the positive reviews, most of them are from India. This is because we get weekly reminders to post positive reviews. Most US Employees are miserable. Most of the good engineers have left and those that have not are in the process of getting out. The company culture is lax and there is no clear direction from management. Teams are reshuffled every month or 2. The managers are extremely incompontent and they are more interested in having a good time rather than actually leading. The technology stack is outdated and the development hardware provided to is the cheap and underpowered. Constant requests for better machines are denied and simple things like software licenses and access to servers can take months. They also have no interest in hiring top talent and make it a priority to get the cheapest hire they can.

Pros

Not many that constitute a favorable impression.

Cons

No clear direction from management levels. A rutterless ship - lost. Only growth function is HR - they hold the keys and only concern themselves with securing their roles.
