Constant requests for better machines are denied and simple things like software licenses and access to servers can take months. They also have no interest in hiring top talent and make it a priority to get the cheapest hire they can.

No clear direction from management levels. A rutterless ship - lost. Only growth function is HR - they hold the keys and only concern themselves with securing their roles.
