Pros

Used to be great company

Cons

The new Infor C-level crew is laughably unqualified. Can someone point to anything measurable they have done for a company?

Pros

This position offers a cutting-edge product built with a robust technology stack. While the learning curve is initially steep, it provides significant professional growth opportunities within a highly collaborative and positive company culture. The company boasts an excellent work-life balance with unlimited paid time off, competitive salary and benefits packages, including a generous 401(k) plan and comprehensive health insurance options.

Cons

The current environment presents several challenges to sustained growth. Frequent shifts in roadmaps and team structures can create instability and hinder effective execution. It appears that a clear and consistent strategic direction is still being defined, leading to a trial-and-error approach that may not always yield the desired outcomes. Furthermore, the recurring practice of silent layoffs seems inconsistent with the company's stated emphasis on empathy. This can negatively impact employee morale and trust. Finally, internal politics can sometimes overshadow merit-based decisions, potentially hindering the recognition and retention of top talent. While I appreciate the company's efforts to engage stakeholders, such as Panasonic, I believe a more focused and consistent approach is necessary for long-term success.

Pros

Pretty good benefits to industry standard. Flexible time off is nice and can be used whenever. Great team members.

Cons

New CEO and exe team came in and put a hiring "pause" while hiring a bunch of sales people from Infor. Not looking to promote or help internal employees, if you ask about promotion/advancing, get answer of "keep up what you are doing and will see with leadership team". Pretty much cutting whoever makes money or has tenure so that they can hire more of their sales people. Leadership saying need to do better budget/cost savings all while paying their sales people high price money. They rather outsource internal teams to 3rd party instead of backfilling those critical teams. Quiet hiring like crazy, won't backfill roles of departures, saying you will have to do more work to cover. All the while not compensating those who are working hard and countless hours. Under pays for similar roles in other companies.
