My supervisors actually cared about the staff and clients, not just making money.

Cons

My pay was below average for a while ($15/hr) and they only raised my pay after I put in my two weeks notice.

The BCBAs that I worked alongside were awesome! So incredibly helpful, easy to keep in contact with, and amazing with the clients. A diverse group of employee's and good environment.

Cons

Not the most competitive salary for the field.
