We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are so grateful to have the best BCBAs and RBTs and we appreciate their dedication to our clients as well as the hard work they put in to change the world for children with autism. We will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient so our employees can continue doing what they love!

Pros

they have many locations across the country

Cons

If I were to do it over again I would make them put what was offered verbally in writing in the contract before signing. I didn't do the job I was hired to do. Moreover, there is intense pressure to bill maximum hours when it doesn't make sense. You are forced to fall back on your ethics code, and you can see parents reviews online saying the same about billable hours.

We value each employee’s feedback, so we are sorry to hear about your experience with your daily tasks. At BlueSprig, we welcome why and why not and are puzzle solvers on a mission. To help that mission, we decided to slow our growth which may have caused some changes in job duties. Every member of our clinical team is well versed in our clients' treatment plans, goals, and targets. As a client progresses, the clinician will review progress with the therapy team and the client’s family to ensure the best clinical outcomes. If you would like to discuss anything further, please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com. Thank you!
