      Pros

      Supervisors are awesome at communicating quickly and providing excellent feedback, the schedule is very flexible and prioritizes your availability, room for growth and advancement, they stand by their values,

      Cons

      Hard to keep up with constant changes (expanding client volume, lots of moving around in upper management), can be scheduled at odd hours (shifts can vary from 2-6 or even 8 hours), not the best benefits program

      I met a lot of nice co-workers

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you at all, they’re very rude and treat you like less than them. They are little to no help with clients, but will blame you for the downfalls. Don’t Disagree with your supervisors or you’ll then see the obvious favoritism in the office, and you will be treated very poorly and talked to like a child. They seem to care very little about the actual clients, more so about collecting the money from the clients.
