Pros

- Great rapport among coworkers - Paid RBT certification - Good BCBA feedback - Great clients!

Cons

- No policy in place for client cancellations (RBT's usually lost hours when they cancelled) - Unstructured environment among upper staff - Inconsistencies in amount of clients' caseloads of BCBAs and RBTs - No incentives for RBTs to grow in the company - Upper management became more worried about the amount of clients that they had instead of the quality of services.

Hi there, I am really sorry to hear that your experience of BlueSprig was a poor one. I know you have opted to provide an anonymous review but if appropriate I'd love to have the opportunity to talk with you about your experience as it doesn't fit the environment we are working extraordinarily hard to create. It looks like you are no longer with us and so I'm not sure how recent your experience was but if you would be willing to chat I'd love to listen to your suggestions and ideas of how we can improve the work environment for all employees. If you are not comfortable talking or perhaps don't have the time I certainly understand. If that is the case, let me just offer up that we are actually much more focused on quality of services than expansion. It sounds like that focus didn't translate into your work experience with us and I am truly sorry for that. But, if it is of any comfort at all, because quality is one of our top priorities we have invested significant dollars and resources into clinical training, clinical support, compliance oversight and infrastructure as well as operational tools and resources. As just one example of this investment, our dedicated training department worked tirelessly round the clock for months to develop our new proprietary BT>RBT training that goes significantly above and beyond industry standards to develop fully competent and confident technicians. That training program was completed at the end of August and is being rolled out as I write this. Again, I know that doesn't help you as it came too late in your case but hopefully it gives you some comfort to know that we are indeed putting quality above all else. If at any time you would like to talk directly, my name is Keith and I can be contacted via email at kjones@bluesprigpediatrics.com. Would love to talk with you. Take care and the best of luck to in your career.

Pros

Clinical oversight, systems to keep focus on quality, benefits, the “won’t take no” for an answer when it comes to finding a way to help clients.

Cons

RBTs are vital and need to be given lots of respect and love for it.

Thank you for your kind comments. We certainly don't have all the answers but we will also certainly never stop asking the questions that need to be asked in order to help our clients. The population we serve are often unable to advocate for themselves and we feel a great weight of responsibility to not only provide the very best in clinical care but also to advocate on their behalf too. Thank you for all you do. Best, Keith
