Thank you for your help in changing the world for children with autism! Flexible hours and a good structure is important and we hope to provide that to every employee! In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!

Pros

Close knit coworkers once you find your bearings, understanding OM/AOM, decent pay.

Cons

Your schedule depends on the school year for the clients. I was hired on for full-time but during the school year I am averaging 25hrs per week. There are options to work at sister clinics but the drive time can be over an hour long and the compensation doesn't make it worth it. The clinic itself isn't well taken care of either.

Pros

Semi-guaranteed hours Good training program Corporate sends perks and treats often Internship program for BCBA candidates Slightly higher base pay than other ABA clinics

Cons

Central Reach Two month waiting period to apply, and not necessarily get, to be in the internship Some locations have RBT’s who don’t seem to care Director/ Lead BCBA can often come off as rude, but is very knowledgeable and no nonsense

Thank you for providing your feedback! Flexible hours and a good structure are essential and we hope to give that to every employee! It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are helping the children we work with and supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. We are always open to feedback and understanding of how we, as an organization, can continually better ourselves for our employees. Thanks for being a valued member of our team and for helping us change the world for children with autism!
