      Pros

      They are willing to help train and educate new RBTs

      Cons

      You don't have a designated time to eat during lunch time. You either have to eat in the dark at a small table while your kiddo is napping, if they take a nap, or eat whenever they eat (which usually involves working since it's never quite calm) so this is pretty stressful

      Rewarding but prone to burnout

      8-4 work hours which is shorter than most companies. Good training system.

      Cons

      No lunch break. Prone to burnout type of work.
