Pros

Bluesprig Harlingen is a very energetic and exciting center. The staff are all very friendly and the leadership team is always ready to talk to you.

Cons

The pay is enough for the living cost of the RGV, but for the amount of mental and physical work being an RBT is…it’s not enough. I think starting pay is around 15-16 depending on if you have a college degree then as you level up as an RBT, it’s a dollar increase. Highest level (NOW) being RBT 4 which would be about 20 dollars an hour, but you would have to level up all the way from RBT 1 which takes months to do.

No work life balance, no process, too many systems changes without communication. Cooperate is not helpful to clinic and rude.
