Probation period. If you even seem like your not getting it then they will fire you. I didn't know about it until I was fired by one of the managers to not worry about my performance.
Trainers tell you that Bluehost cares about you and they will work with you to make sure you do well and yet they have a probation period they don't tell you about.
If they know you are working with the Training Dept they wont give you the proper time to succeed.
They only want you use the challenger sales process which is bad cause they don't give you time to learn it.
They cut the commissions almost as soon as I got there. They took away all the easy sales from reps.
The environment was depressing because you work with a lot of people that remember how good it used to be before they were bought out. Feels like you started working their too late
If they use their hosting and you get fired they will delete your sites without warning and you have to pay full price to get them restored.
Managers don't communicate with each other
They want you to unlearn what you know about sales.
They don't want you to sell a lot
They don't want you to sell using your personal experience.
They lost the best part of Bluehost, the founder.
