The pay is pretty decent, and the benefits are very nice.

Cons

Management stopped caring and started focusing more on the company than the customer.

Good coworkers, soda machine, food trucks everyday.

Management is a joke. Managers do nothing to improve employee performance or make employees feel like they are worth something. If you are on the sales floor you will always be competing with the top earners. If you are not one of the top owners then you expendable. Pay used to be great however HUGE change to pay structure. Average cuts to commission were $1500/month. Bonuses are a joke they do not value tenure. The original Christmas bonus changed to quarterly bonus. Christmas bonus was $1000, quarterly bonus changed to $150. Several employees didn't get bonuses at all.

They pay you just enough to keep you around and not a penny more. Commission is nice but if you ever pull a big check they will just change the commission structure. One time I pulled a huge commission check and they changed the structure the very next day. It was like a 10k decease in my salary. This place is a couple steps above vivent. It's a fancy call center.

Cons

You have to clock out to take a crap. You are totally micro managed. If another rep happens to process the credit card of a lead you have been working with you don't get the sale. It's totally cut throat. So if I customer decides to upgrade when your not working you don't get the sale you have been working forever.
