Pros

Turn up work and get paid. If your doing it the right way you get rewarded. You will speak to some real nice customers. you will work with some awesome people and you know what your expected to do. Just do it. Then you get rewarded with a little extra for your efforts. When you start at Bluehost they invest in training in that they will train and coach you in what you need to get the job done and make customers happy. If you are struggling then reach out and there are coaches and mentors and plenty more people that want you to do well.

Cons

No cons here. They don't employ criminals.

Pros

Great benefits, many perks. PTO is cool. There is a hardy amount of great people that work at BH. Work environment is very relaxed and somewhat casual.

Cons

Pretty typical corporate environment. Which has it's down sides if you're on the bottom end. If you have a great supervisor life is good but it's very possible to end up on a team that gets slapped with micromanaging.

Decent Pay, free food, game room. Opportunity to learn some new skills. Decent Benefits. Pretty well run company overall.

Cons

Hard to have a future there, when you get promoted you don't get paid that much more money. Don't get all the holidays off. People work all days except Christmas.
