The company not only allows you to get in and find issues with critical systems they require you find them and fix them.

Cons

There is far too much work to get it all done. They move forward too fast and don't focus on stability enough.

Pros

Good starting salary, laid back culture for the most part. Excellent position to learn and prepare for other technically related endeavors

Cons

Very unfocused, horrible communication, very slow to react or adapt. Supervisors and managers in general are very obviously lacking in any real experience in their given positions, which reflects poorly on everyone as a result.
