Cons

Getting too big, too fast. It went from a Company based on pleasing the customer to a numbers game in a matter of months.

Outstanding company! Best hosting service provider hands down. Great easy to sell product, excellent happy customer base. You will not find a more relaxed work environment (providing you are actually doing your job) No micromanaging!

Cons

Write-ups, Write-ups, Write-ups,.. If you make an irreparable mistake even by sincere accident you are finished! Traditionally a company will coach you and give you at least a final write-up.
