Pros

Pool tables, ping pong tables, provide snacks up to $20 a month.

Cons

Management has gone away from customer service to up-selling every customer contact. Management in the support area are clueless and run the department like a sweatshop. Horrible pay not even close to competitive.

I learned a lot of interesting things and got to help people trouble shoot problems with their websites. They build in small incentives to make it fun.

Cons

The micromanage like no other company I have ever worked for, like you have to announce to all of your co-workers via chat if you need to go to the bathroom. If you're idle for more than 30 secs they will be on you.

Loved my time at bluehost. They took pretty good care of their people and the team I worked with was amazing. Great flexible and unlimited vacation policy.

Cons

things did change when they were acquired by endurance international. At some point the ceo of endurance decides to lay off virtually everyone in the Utah office. I was among those laid off and that was... rough. When it came down to it endurance would take advantage of and screw over their people when they thought it would benefit them. But the bluehost ceo really tried to take care of us with amazing severance packages and such.
