The job was mostly easy, there was free food, and the gym was awesome!

Cons

Management had little to no experience, upper management promoted hypocrites, and wouldn't listen to employees.

My employment there was great until their parent company of EIG started changing policies and adding sales to support.

Pay is fantastic for an entry level support position. Training gives you the needed information before getting to the floor. Management does an overall fantastic job.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are limited, and go to friendship over ability. Adding sales to support causes negative reactions and opinions from customers.
